The Very Old Man with Enormous Wings — Continuation Story

Originally written as a school assignment, this piece is my creative continuation of Gabriel García Márquez's A Very Old Man with Enormous Wings. The story explores the consequences of the angel's departure, expanding on themes of cruelty, divine judgment, guilt, and sacrifice. What began as a classroom writing exercise evolved into a personal project that I continued to revisit and revise, refining the narrative, imagery, and storytelling to reflect my developing writing style.
